2. NUTRITION PRECISION Stop eating like you're 25. Your new priorities: 0.7-1.0g protein per pound of desired body weight, strategic meal timing, micronutrient density over calorie restriction. Count nutrients, not calories.
3. RECOVERY IS EVERYTHING This is where most people fail. Non-negotiables: 7-9 hours of quality sleep, stress management techniques, active recovery days. Some days you need rest, not another workout.
4. PATIENCE AND CONSISTENCY Real transformation takes 6-12 months, not 6-12 weeks. Track trends, not daily fluctuations. Build systems, not just goals.
